My pool lights were not working and I called an electrician only to find that he replaced something on my timer system that did not need it and my lights still did not work, so I looked up Wilmington Pool Service to see if they could help. I got a reply to my e-mail right away and Loren came over that day at the end of a very long day. He was very knowledgeable about the fiber optics system and pulled out the part that needed replacing. He called for the part that day and gave me a 800 number for the company to replace the part for free because it was still under warranty from the previous home owner. Ended up not paying a dime for the part and my pool lights are up and running again! Great reliable, fast and friendly service!

After five years with the same pool service, and some dissatisfaction, we decided to contact other Companies for estimates for service. Loren Whitney responded quickly to my request and came to our home the next day. After a brief discussion we hired Loren and he started our service in December 08. It was important to us to have a conscientious person looking after our pool since we are often away from our home for weeks at a time and I need a service that will not only test and clean the pool but add water when required.
